1. Acceptance of Agreement
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Knockzy mobile application or website (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be legally bound by this End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately uninstall and discontinue using Knockzy.
2. End User License Grant (EULA)
Subject to your strict compliance with these terms, Knockzy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Knockzy mobile application on compatible mobile devices solely for your personal, non-commercial local venue discovery and engagement.
3. User Conduct & Zero-Tolerance Policy
Knockzy maintains a ZERO-TOLERANCE POLICY for objectionable content, harassment, abuse, or unlawful behavior on the platform.
- Abusive, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, profane, or hate speech.
- Harassing, threatening, or inciting violence against individuals or businesses.
- Fraudulent, misleading, fake reviews, or commercial spam.
- Infringing upon any third party's privacy, copyright, trademark, or legal rights.
Violations will result in immediate content removal, account suspension, and permanent device ban without prior warning.
4. Ratings & Review Moderation
Knockzy strives to provide authentic, trustworthy hyperlocal insights. All venue ratings, reviews, and community updates submitted by users are subject to automated and human moderation.
- Knockzy reserves the right to remove any review deemed in authentic or spam.
- Users can flag objectionable content directly within the app or contact support.
- Flagged content is reviewed within 24 hours by Knockzy moderation staff.
5. Account & Mobile Authentication
To access personalized features, you authenticate using your mobile number and a One-Time Passcode (OTP). You are responsible for keeping your phone number current and securing your mobile device.
You agree to notify Knockzy immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. Knockzy is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your device.
6. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, service marks, graphics, user interface designs, and code comprising the Knockzy platform are the exclusive property of Knockzy and its licensors. Nothing in this agreement grants you ownership rights to Knockzy intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
Knockzy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for accuracy, Knockzy makes no warranties regarding venue hours, pricing, event schedules, or third-party offer availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Knockzy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Knockzy at any time, with or without cause or notice, particularly if we believe you have violated this EULA or engaged in harmful activity.
