1. Submit Account Deletion Request Online
If you no longer have access to the Knockzy mobile app, you can request account and data deletion directly using the form below. Once submitted, our team will verify your registered phone number/email and process your request within 48 hours.
2. How to Delete Your Account via the Knockzy Mobile App
You can also initiate immediate account deletion directly inside the Knockzy mobile app at any time:
1 Open the Knockzy Mobile App on your iOS or Android device.
2 Tap on the Profile / Settings tab at the bottom right of the screen.
3 Scroll down to Account & Security Settings.
4 Tap Delete Account & Data and confirm with your OTP or PIN.
3. What Data Will Be Permanently Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data is permanently purged from Knockzy active servers:
- User Profile: Name, phone number, bio, profile photo, and location coordinates.
- Marketplace Ads: All your active, draft, and past published marketplace listings.
- Chat Messages & Media: 1-to-1 marketplace chat conversations, messages, and uploaded listing images.
- App Preferences: Saved items, search preferences, and push notification tokens.
